Biting Machine

The Pre Assembly machine is a device used for safe and efficient bite type presetting. It allows pre-assembly of even larger dimension steel and stainless steel tube at assembly sites.

The device consists of hydraulic drive and a pump. The pressure can be read on the pressure gauge.

For Preassembly of	Bite Type Fittings
Pre assembly equals	1 1/4 turn of nut for Ferrule

Features and Advantage

It closes the gap between manual fitting pre-assembly in a vise and the machine.

Assembly is done faster then the manual assembly.

With pre-assemble machine Ferrule bites properly on pipe as compared to manual pre-assembly.

A direct assembly of stainless steel tube in metric bite-type fittings results in failure, a special pre-assembly process is mandatory according to ISO8483/DIN3859 and all manufactures instruction.

It helps to prevent failures caused by insufficient fitting assembly which is most critical on large dimension steel and stainless steel tube.

This has been especially developed for on site assembly. The tools are designed in accordance to the standard which allow safe assembly of even large dimension steel and stainless steel tubes without excessive hard work.
